What We Can Help With

• Data questions. If a score looks off or you want to understand how a specific metric was computed for a state-industry pair, ask. Check the methodology page first for base formulas, then email us if something still doesn't add up.
• Methodology feedback. Our scoring model is documented but not final. If you have expertise in business dynamics or economic statistics, we want to hear from you.
• Media and research. Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite our data with attribution. If you need a specific data point or context for a story, reach out.
• Bug reports. Broken links, incorrect state names, display issues. Send them over.
• Data corrections. If you find a discrepancy between our scores and the raw Census Bureau or BLS source data, we want to know. We aim for 100% fidelity to the source datasets.
